Hello, I’m trying to play SC2 in offline mode.
Request assistance to Blizzard support, which indicated several steps to follow, but none of them operated.
The error is as follows:
1-the game is fully updated.
2-Start battle.net on gears Option without connection
3- I click on the blue button to run the game.
4- The game opens a window with the following message: Unable to Download Game Data from Blizzard’s Servers. Please check your Internet connection and try again later.

I have already tempted the following steps:
Update the game - it did not work.
Disconnect the network cable - it did not work.
So it must be a bug because it is impossible to start the game in offline mode.
