I just wanted to drop a note here that these outstanding items are still being worked on. I do not have an ETA I can provide but since it has been a few days since our last update I did want to make sure you all knew it hadn’t been forgotten

Work on this has progressed and many of the missing portraits from the affected cross-promotions have been re-enabled.
There are a couple that are still being worked on:
- Diablo 3 Collector’s Edition unlocks
- StarCraft: Remastered unlocks
We’ll update this thread once we have an update to provide on these remaining items.
Hey everyone!
StarCraft II was recently migrated to a newer system that handles the granting of cross-promotional unlocks such as portraits. Due to the way some older unlocks were configured, they did not award correctly under the newer system. The engineers have identified the unlocks and are working to correct their configurations to be compatible with the new system.
You will not need to take any action, or contact Customer Support. You will automatically receive access to these portraits again once the issue has been corrected.
