In the patch notes, it states for Zagara: “Mastery order has been adjusted:
Set 2: Zergling Evasion vs Intensified Frenzy
Set 3: Baneling damage vs Roach Drop damage”
Even though the skills within the powersets have been moved around, the 30 total points are inappropriately linked.
When splitting points between the Mastery, the pool of 30 points is still shared between Zergling Evasion and Baneling damage, and the other 30 points are shared between Intensified Frenzy and Roach Drop. [For example: If you max out on Zergling Evasion (in Power set 2), Baneling damage cannot get any other more points even though it is supposed to be in Power Set 3]
