Hi, my co-op commander Raynor back to level5, I tried relog multiple times but still not fixed. Every other commander seems fine. I’m in currect region. I waited a couple days already to wait the server get fixed but no change.

What do we do when we have this issue?
Unfortunately, there’s nothing the player can do.
Due to it being an issue on the server side, players just have to wait until Bliz fixes it.
Sorry to be another voice from the screaming abyss of players. but it has been like this for at least a week now. do we have an ETA?

Historically, it has usually taken between one and two weeks to resolve once it’s reported.
checked today, and for me it looks fixed. everybody else good or is it lingering in the system?
For me it happens today so it’s not fixed fixed, not forever nor everybody at least 
maybe a reset would help? like a log out\in or a cache clear? if it dosnt update the fix on its own making the game check for the info might help. never know.
I also experience this yet again, the free commanders are locked at level 5
Same here，I’v recently created my blizzard accont in asia, my first 3 co-op commanders has been stuck to level 5 for days. What’s worse, I’v found several other SCII players complaining about this s**t since 2023. It’s something big, no?
