Protoss isn’t allowed to have good gateway units outside of Zealots because Terrans QQ.

It is more of a timing attack issue than anything else. For instance, a Stalker attack speed buff would be a fairly good change as long as it came much later than Blink timings. I do mean a change such as giving their old attack speed back after the upgrade, which would be about a 30% DPS buff.
