I think that lockdown should be given back to the ghosts. Now that Protoss have shield batteries and can go back and forth with air units refilling their shields, the ability might have some potential use. Additionally, you might lock down some Immortals to buy time to get seige tanks away. I’m no professional, so I can’t vouch for how balanced it would be, but I always thought it was a cool ability, and if you want to bring back a Protoss building that restores shields, why not bring back a little countermeasure.

Lockdown would be totally meaningless against a zerg matchup, so it’s really just a nerf against protoss. Ravens already have a similar ability, so there’s no need.
