Apparently since yesterday’s patch, there is a new program called BlizzardBrowser which attempts to open when you run SC.
When it does, BlizzardBrowser.exe - Application Error comes up for me… “unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close” - and disrupts the login.
