You are actually unable to use to the blink dark templar ability unto a ledge containing creep on one of the new maps. I haven’t tested all of the maps but I spent a lot of time clearing creep and then initiating the exact same test and having blink work every time when the creep is not present. Then once the creep is back I can no longer blink over the ledge into the main base.
I’m sure that this is a bug because there is no restriction to blinking on creep so I thought I’d mention it here!
