I liked that the ravens cost 150, it suits them better. I didn’t notice a big difference in the range change, it seems to be a little further, now it’s probably somewhere around 4?
I don’t know how much the game changes the range of queens from 8 to 7, but it also seems to me that for a base unit of 150 minerals, 8 range is too much.
Adepts can attack the air and have an old upgrade of 45% attack, this is cool, but I still think that giving adepts an attack like bouncing glaves would be more interesting.
The oracle is now a detector, cool alternative to observers, but isn’t Revelation an analogue?

Revelation doesn’t provide constant or actual detection

Auto-turrets have 3 cast range again, it’s in the patch notes.

It changes being able to use the auto-turret in engagements and for harassment.

You’re saying Zerg is winning because of maps? I don’t think so. I guess one could make a bunch of maps that theoretically make it hard for Queens to get around and theoretically make hard for swarm hosts to be useful but I’m having a hard time envisioning something like that. I guess a map with all cliffs and every base is isolated on a choke that also requires high ground vision but you can’t have all the ladder maps do that. I don’t think it’s the maps and that’s a really hard thing to fix forever. The problem is the units.

Play some 2v2 at 4700MMR+

You will find that terran is incredibly imbalanced because of the map pool. Zerg can’t do much on a map like " Efflorescene LE "

The changes in the mod all seem very reasonable. Would like to see your ideas for the tempest, carrier and void ray which currently are all still somewhat dysfunctional in the protoss army.

That is the worst starcraft community I have ever seen. Most of them are garbage, clueless, and biased af; and it’s an echo chamber (more so than other forums thanks to their dumb upvote downvote system)

Bio in TvZ is more than viable. BC is not the only opener that is extremely effective vs zerg. for example banshee opener is insanely effective vs zerg

it doesn’t matter if it’s balanced around 2v2 or not. Furthermore, it has nothing do with unit interaction, simply map terrain.

Yes, because any map pool that isn’t specifically designed to limit Zerg and make their early game about as easy to defend against as possible, or that is too large to attack them effectively with a less mobile army (because their macro is faster and cheaper to set up with lower infrastructure costs, which puts any game where Zerg doesn’t suffer damage in their favor) favors Zerg…

There are unit interactions (mainly due to the speed/dps of Zerglings) that make any maps that don’t follow specific guidelines favor Zerg.
