Best way to install?

Returning after a long time off and I have both a WOL purchased CD copy and GamePass.

What’s the best way to install to have the full campaign, just install from disk? Does this provide any “remastered” optimization at all, or are they just two entirely separate versions now? Forgive me if this is an old subject at this point.

download it from battle.net app and then install your cd key through your account webpage on the blizzard site itself.
