No … If thor needs nerf it must to be to supply cost or anti ground. Terrans need good AA they have no dmg aoe spell and vikings are trash in late game…
Edit : and is healty for the game to have strong ground AA units … Mass air vs mass air is trash…
You can nerf Thor AA when you nerf all races T3 air. It needs 11 AA to be at least somewhat efficient. Mainly because of brood and tempest. BC will yamato it anyway.

Nerf mecha terran (actually the only good comp of terran), nerf Battlecruiser so queen can be nerf without balance issue. It’s a good compromise i guess.

emp will now affect energy of units in transports.

Emp will no longer destroy shields but will add 10s to any ability up to max CD and apply Concussive Shell effect and can nullify lasting spells.

Remove abduct .
Decrease AA of Queen from 8 to 7

Tempest will have 10 AA range but better dps vs masive units.

Redesing disruptor to be moving shield battery that replenish unit with most mising shield first … This will be buff to colossus whitch is mutch better desing …
Tankivaks where broken … storm drops are the same thing … Storm is one of most powerfull spells in th game and it needs to have counter play …
Abduct is most broken spell in the game … 75 energy which you can regenerate much faster thx to consume and can kill instatly 400 400 unit … And overlap with NP in same role … compare this to snipe or Interference Matrix

Advanced Ballistics upgrade now increases the range of Liberators in Defender Mode by 3, down from 4.
Queen do not need extra range to fight BCs … But that extra range effect medivac most… And creep clearing… it time for them to return to 7 range
Tankivac was broken because it was hitting too fast, storm drops come into play in late game engagements and it is the only way to combat bio because they thought it was such a good idea to break the dynamics of feedback and EMP.
And storm drop has counter play, make vikings and target the prism.
Consume is the real problem not the abduct spell if you want to nerf something you should start with that.
Consume shouldn’t exist. No other caster gets to spawn with basically 100% energy. If they want it to exist it should at least require the viper to consume a unit. How many games do you see 3 vipers spawn and immediately consume a hatchery with little to no repercussion?
I don’t bother with Consume nor Abduct, what makes me mad is watching Abduct work on the MS, I’m ok with any other unit (I kind of don’t like Abd working on the siege tank either but not as critical as the MS)
Storm counter vikings hard… you need alot of them to stop storm drop . if you have them in front they will get stromt… storm have same range as vikings.
Tankivac was broken because it negatet weaknes of siege tanks … both siege tanks and HT are very strong aoe dmg dealers …both of them needs weaknes in mobility to balance them… WP give HT best mobility in the game and protect them from EMP … Ghost is HT counter not Viking.
On same note .queen need nerf in mobility … they need passive debuff that will block them access to nydus and overlords …
It is the same… but WM got alot of nerfs and i am glad about it . It was broken.
And still storm drop is even more powerfull insta cast 9 range . And one HT can cast 3 of them .
WM at least have to burrow first +there is delay before they shoot.
And all of you know its broken strategy…
