Attack Upgrades do not work on neural parasited carriers

When neural parasiting an upgraded carrier with an infestor, the carrier does not apply attack upgrades to its attack while neuraled (it seems this only is the case for the attack upgrade, since armor seems to work normally).
I first noticed it in the custom map Unit Tester for LotV, there it is easiest to recreate, but thought maybe it was a bug in the map itself. Then tested vs the AI and let it build a carrier and let it upgrade the air damage, neuraled it, then let it attack a unit or building, the carrier deals less damage than intended (taking armor into account). With +1 attack upgrade the carrier should deal (6 x 2 = 12, on a building with 1 armor, say an extractor, it should deal 10 damage, after testing only deals 8 damage).

Would like to see this fixed, since neuralling highly upgraded carriers now does not yield any results (attacking with one fully upgraded carrier vs another: 8 damage x 2 attacks = 16 damage, 16 - (5 armor, assuming shields are gone x 2 attacks damage) = 6 damage total (Expected), but in test it deals 1 damage as if damage upgrades were not active ( 5 damage x 2 attacks) - (5 armor x 2 attacks) = 0 (but damage is always at least 1, so result is 1 (not expected).

Other neuraled units do apply their attack upgrades, so the issue seems specifically for the carrier.
