Hello. When I moved my Artanis commander in co-op to the first prestige, my progress with him got capped at level 5, as though he were a payed commander and I hadn’t bought him. However, since Artanis is a free-to-play commander, this really sucks for me. I’ve looked up fixes and there appear to be none; please help resolve this issue!

My account has the same problem on all 3 the free commanders: Reynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis. On both the EU server, and the American server.
I also have this problem, my commanders are all capped at 5, is there hope for a fix?
Yeah i have the same level cap problem (even though i have no prestige on the 3 free commanders) and i cant play my level up
