Are keys remapping softwares allowed in tournaments?

Hi there!

I would like to know if softwares like Razer Synapse, Auto Hotkey and Sharpkey are allowed in tournaments.

I’m not talking about editing the hotkeys notepad file in the game folder, but about using an external software to assing some keys to other different keys.

For example:

  • making the CTRL key behave like the SHIFT key, or the T key like the ALT key;
  • assigning the Base Camera function to SPACEBAR through the HOTKEYS section and then using the software to make the O key to behave like the SPACEBAR, so that if you press O you go to your base camera (o->spacebar->base camera).

I’m also using Filterkeysetter to change the repeat rate and delay of my keyboard. Is it allowed too?

As far as I’m aware, no these are not allowed in the game/tournament.
