I’m playing the Custom Hero Revival and there is an upgrade called Equilibrium. It’s grayed out even though I have enough resources to purchase it. I have no idea how to unlock this upgrade. Says “account level” in red. No explanation of what’s needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
