They fixed the bug where nuking 50 of your own units to get the achievement.
I had to do it the proper way, by luring them in on the final zerg base and nuke.

I’m now trying for these 10th year anniversary achievements, nearly four years later… I was able to get the achievement with your advice here, thank you!
For the widow mine there is a neat trick with the first bonus. Definitely start out by stealing the vespene gas mines from your ally, and build 4 barracks to churn out troops. When the first bonus comes up use Nova to sneak a couple of SCVs and all the reapers that have already dropped mines in and build some new bunkers, but DO NOT kill the nydus worm. Fill the mines with your spent reapers. Now whilst you keep most of your reapers to handle the waves of zerg, you want to send some of your reapers over to the bonus area. Just as the last zerg on a wave dies, push a couple of reapers in and get them to lay spider mines in front of the nydus worm. Repeat on every wave and before you know it you’ll be at 200.
