i just want to live in an environment where your path to pro is based on skill and they talk to you to make sure you’re not gonna screw up their scene, not tencent’s approach of INTERVIEWING TALENT OVER GAME TALENT, it is ridiculous that pro players in their scenes are amazing actors and very mentally weak “players”, i’m just tired of watching scene after scene get corrupted.
i got so jaded from the music industry and now i make a push to get good at starcraft 2 and ten authoritarian cent is now trying to buy players to be their little puppets
stop getting mad at life and savior when tencent exists for that purpose
we have an actual disease destroying the economy of our video games, the bubble will BURST (see “the big short”) and we will lose our path to pro if tencent corrupts the entire industry
i don’t care if you killed/wounded all MOBAs (dota2 fell for it the least, tencent followed with waves of bad publicity) and their respective pro scenes because of money and entertanment and drama and show
