An unexpected fatal error

At startup SC2 crashes:

“Unforeseen fatal error” with error number 8BBD7209-9DF0-4421-805F-B7E4B5CD7A27.

Made a check and recovery, downloaded the game again. Didn’t help.
WHAT TO DO?
