all of my commanders are now level 0 and start button for COOP game is disabled and there is a text saying :
> all achievements disabled until further notice
i tried the following to no avail :
> uninstalled the game and the App and reinstalled it
> deleted cache folder of blizzard in %programdata%
> upgraded windows and all drivers
> reset all my network adaptors
> stopped agent.exe from task manager
> contacted the useful support of blizz
> tried to use a VPN
