Hey pwarlock93,

This happens occasionally.

But, Bliz put measures in place that should auto fix this every couple days. So give it, say, three days, and see if it’s working again.

I managed to reach lvl5 with Kerrigan 2 days ago, it shows that her level is capped.

Will my Kerrigan gain those EXP after the bug has been resolved in a few days?

Based on a support article that talks about this issue, I suspect no.

its been 5 dyas for me and still capped!

I’ve had this problem for 3 days and it hasn’t been resolved.

It’s not exactly 3 days, plus I don’t know if the weekends count in that number.

All we can do is wait.

I am facing the same issue. I have put in a support ticket, and the technician said to report it as a bug. Found this thread here so I am adding to it.

Hello bro , when will the asia servers will be fixed，we have waited for long time. Does blizzard abandon the asia servers?

Unfortunately I don’t have that information. When this has occurred in the past, Bliz has fixed it on which ever region it’s happened on.
