After about 2 months I logged back in to play starcraft 2 and it looks like all my characters are rest to level 1. Does anyone have any idea why and if there is a fix? Any and all help appreciated
Did you log into the same server you played on before? US vs EU, etc…

Sometimes the game needs to clear its cache and reload the data from the server, and when that happens, your profile pic might be gone and commanders might appear to be lv1.
Wait a while after logging in to see if everything updates properly.
If it doesn’t change, check if you have any achievements on that profile. If everything is gone then you might have logged on an incorrect profile.
