There are already classic marine, hydra and zealot for free and workers, cuttlebruiser, carrier, ultra which nearly non of us got. This is very good skins finally exist, however this cruel how long we have to wait for them. SC2 exists for 9 years already and came to the point when people begin to speak of it’s slow dying. When Bliz are going to release the entire classic skin pack? If they are thinking to make it somewhere in 2023 this is wrong. I mean look - workers in 2018, large units in 2019 and there are still many left. Still no word about purchasing or grinding them. I would like to get them… you know… before SC2 is over.
These are left:
- Tank
(ghost is actually doubtful because standard one was initially close to original)
- High templar / Archon
(same story with DT, also observer doesn’t matter)
- Zergling, lurker, overlord, mutalisk
(infested terran looks the same, broodling doesn’t count)
Other SC2 units didn’t exist in SC1.
So we have left 1 significant unit for terrans, 1 for protossi and 4 for zergs. Which is not equal and makes a bit of a problem.

Almost certainly, but they’re a convenient thing to include piecemeal in various other promotions instead of making it a single pack and having to worry about making fake-classic versions of units that didn’t exist in classic.
I’m guessing after they’ve got the whole “set” out there will be a way to buy the ones that were missed.

I would love to see more Classic skins. It makes me really happy to have seen them in this War Chest and I’m eager to get the Marine skin rolling. I would like to pay cash for the Classic SCV skin though if they plan on doing that. Instead of it staying locked behind Blizzcon purchase with an unknown release day.

They ware actually planning to add Classic Battlecruiser, Carrier and Ultralik because there are 3 unused skins for them in StarCraft editor data

Imo classic zealot is not suits with sc2 ,it looks weird in-game
Its because entire SC2 doesn’t suit original universe.

No, Brood War Dark Templar wore large cloaks. Those are missing in SC2.
