Abnormal Co-op commander level

The level of my Co-op commanders( Raynor, karrigan,Artanis) have suddenly become 5 just over a night. I do remember in the night (around 1:00AM of 24th July) they were around 14, 6 and 15 respectively.

Please solve this for me, I see other people had encountered such problems and some of them was existing for several months.

Issue: Commander level reset from 13 to 5 unexpectedly.

  • Original Level: 14
  • Current Level: 5
  • Region: Asia
  • Date/Time Issue Occurred: 11pm thailand time

Steps Attempted:

  • Logged out/in Battle.net: Yes
  • Checked correct region: Yes
  • Waited for server sync: Yes

Please restore the original commander level.
