As you all probably know, queens are not selected by F2 button. And it works this way for a good reason - generally queens should stay at home, inject hatches, lay creep tumors etc.
BUT often we need queens to defend bases and sometimes even for attack purposes. And when it is the case, managing both queens and other units at the same time is quite difficult - too easy to accidentaly mess up control groups and forgot parts of your army or queens somewhere. Probably it is metal league players problems, but still.
So what i think of - would be nice if each queen had a switch button. Originally it will be disabled, but when you enable it for certain queen - it became affected by select all army hotkey and this queen will behave like a regular fighting unit and won’t get lost somewhere even if you keep F2-ing everything.
Wow do you mean to say you dont have your creep queens on a control group and your inject queens on a second control group ? I mean wow

Ofc not. If you use those 2 groups you never have a problem finding your queens in the first place. Try iy
