if a soldier is willing ot waste his ult on an ult that can be gotten back rather quickly…who wins in the end?

Solider will always be the winner now.
He can kill tire and still kill others.
If junk kills solider with his tire he can’t get any other kills with it.

Junkrat’s ult is 10 seconds, Soldier’s is 6. If he activates his ult just for shoot the tire, let him waste it and you still have 4 seconds for kill someone.

I am sad they didn’t buff him at all though, he still remains in the dumpster

Rip tire has a hundred health. You can kill it quickly and then target something else.
