If you use xim, delete yourself from the game pls, i cant understand how its not bannable, its cheating. If game allows you to mnk like some games do, then fine. But xim is cheat device and should be deleted from existence.
You dont just have the massive advantage of mnk over controllers. You have mnk with AIM ASSIST together against controller, its ridicilous.
You literally have hundrets of people on youtube posting unranked to gm on XIM or Cronus, how to set up XIM or similiar type of videos… start with banning them, you dont need to ban every single ximmer but you should definately do what you can.
Im assuming you are either a console player or have never played a cross play fps where cross play is optional… or if you have, never disabled it…
If your a pc player, play 5 hours of split gate with cross play enabled, then play 5 with it disabled… or another fps game with optional cross play
With it enabled you get shorter queue times, but incredibly awful matches…
With it disabled, while still bad, the matchmaking quality is drastically better… and queue times are a little longer…
The same holds true for overwatch… likely even more so, given the higher level of complexity.
Why should console players get the option of opting out of a system that will punish them hard for being good at the game and playing on the console…
But pc players not get it inspite of it also punshing them in just a difrent way…
Oh god let me tell you how much fun it is to play overwatch as a pc player with console players playing heros like widow ana and hanzo on your team… doesn’t matter how good they are, your at a disadvantage, just by the nature of difrent input devices.
They don’t force crossplay onto pc players yes you can’t turn it off but a pc player will never match with a console player unless said console player is grouped up with a pc friend and even still a console player that is queued with a pc player has no aim assist nor can they play comp in a pc pool. Even if the opposite was true it doesn’t disprove the fact that people who use xim are cheaters. Because xim allows for the use of aim assist with a mouse and keyboard.
Yep especially when matchmaking stacks the teams in their favor. Which is when its most obvious.
Its totalky becsuse im bad and not because matchmaking placed me with 4 players of drastically lower skill level, and the enemy team are all comparable to myself… minus the console player… …
You clearly dont understand how the matchmaking system functions…
The moment your not bad and solo queue matchmaking punishes you. By expecting to either carry or get weighed down by lesser players. While not 100% of the time, the better you are the more common it becomes…
Blizzard clearly understands that a pc and console player of the same SR are not going to be on a level playing feild, thus the separation in comp…
Then give console players the option to opt out of cross play outside of comp, but not give it to pc players as well…
Its obvious why. 75% or more pc players would disable it, as it does nothing but punish them
A console player will only punish a PC player is if the console player is on the PC player’s team.
Again, if you can’t beat controller with no aim assist while you’re on mouse and keyboard, that’s entirely on you and you are in fact bad at the game. You have the superior input device, even if they have aim assist. There’s a reason for why xims are so popular on console.
