Okay everyone! Get ready for a picture explosion. I finished the day doing some look arounds in areas not throughly explored, some of it containing some juicy Overwatch 2 concept art content from the art gallery. Here we go!

My review of the new Push PVP mode and Toronto Map in Overwatch 2
The new Push mode takes the best elements of both Control and Escort modes and combines them into a fun “tug-of-war” like mode. There is a single neutral at the center focal point and two blocks one on each side. The team to be in the vicinity of the omnic without being contested, will have the robot start pushing the block that is closer to the opponent’s initial spawn room. If they can get the robot past the halfway checkpoint, a closer spawn will unlock, but will be locked again if they lose control of the robot and it goes back before that checkpoint. The robot moves very slowly pushing the block but walks at a decent pace if he is not pushing anything. This makes recovering a robot very critical and recover any significantly lost ground. A team wins if they successfully push the block to the final point near the opponent’s initial spawn, or has the greatest maximum distance pushed at the end of the 10 minute match.
The Toronto map has a lot of flow and minimal chokes. It’s relatively easy for most heroes to get to any given point on the map with ease. It has a surprising amount of vertical access throughout the map. The art of the map has a very hometown like feel.
Double shield meta is worthless in this type of mode, as contesting the robot is far more important and it’s impossible to maintain the same defensive line win or lose (because if you win, you immediately are now escoring the robot toward your goal). Flankers like Tracer and Reaper are imporant heroes to use in this type of mode.
All in all, Push is going to be a very welcomed new core mode to Overwatch, it immediately demands a very different playstyle and meta from that of the control points or easy to mount Payloads. I look forward to playing more on Overwatch 2 as opportunities allow.
Minor note, only the heroes we have seen in the Cinematic have received their new skins (Tracer, Genji, Mei, Mercy, Winston, Lucio, Brigitte, Reinhardt), all other heroes in the demo were in their current default skins. This of course was expected given that Overwatch 2 is still a very long time away from release.

This is going to be a far more lose schedule for me. After careful decision, I will stick to the Overwatch panel schedule and play a lot more of the demo! Hope to see some more friends here too!

go to the overwatch panels, we need all the info we can get on OW1. What was the Q&A like? Season 19 is less than a week away. Maybe something will come live to the client without going to the PTR first.
I will note that there are no Overwatch 1 panels remaining.

In Overwatch League 2020… There will be the following changes:
- Now first to three (no longer plays a minimum of four maps)
- All five control maps will remain in the map pool throughout the whole season.
Other notes:
- Postseason will remain the same (top 6 advance, 7-12 play-in, followed by top 8 double elimination finals)

Yes I did. I thought that was a key question to ask first as that has been a concern of mine. Hopefully we will get definite answer soon.

I love OWL but with all the various cities and timezones I’m afraid I won’t be able to watch as much. And of course the free tokens are a nice bonus so I guess I will at least try to have to leave the stream up even if I need to sleep.
Wrong people to ask such a question, besides one question per person.
Besides, I have a feeling if you own OW1, you get the OW1 default skin to use if you wish in the new game.
