Since last week’s patch, the game keeps opening in Windowed Mode. I keep setting it back to Fullscreen, but never fails, it opens every day in windowed.

Try the steps offered here:
It’s not really about saving settings in general. The settings are saved and OW is set to full-screen. But I guess the constant switching in and out of OW through tab/win-key causes it to switch back to windowed mode.
This issue is so old it’s not worth reporting it anymore.
This only happens every Time I launch the Game. It hasn’t done it for a very long time, and only started happening right after last week’s Patch.
whenever that happens to me I just press alt + enter and it works.
I’m not sure if it will stay fullscreen for you though.

I think the game’s resolution gets confused when it’s booting itself then you switch programs.
It does, until I relaunch the Game the next day. Then it launches in Windowed again.

No alt-tabbing here when I launch. I launch the Game, and it just opens in Windowed mode.
