Would locking all comps into 2-2-2 be healthy for the game?

Here’s my alternative to that. Still drafting it up. Feedback would be appreciated.

Role Queue with Team Compositions:

  • Choose Competitive.
  • Given a selection of team compositions sorted by most popular at the top.
    • 6flex at top regardless of popularity.
    • No Damage hero spots, just Flex/Tank/Heal.
    • Locked roles, but instantly unlocked if you get a leaver midgame.
  • Pick team composition out of 18 possible compositions (maybe less if you take some out).
  • Pick role you want in a team composition.
  • Start queuing.
