I pulled the Plug! Game is unbearable to play, unbalanced and Blizzard is not getting anymore of my money on trash balance as the devs do nothing with OP hero’s.
The worst game ever made was E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial for the Atari 2600. Everyone knows this.
Yup… literal landfill.
I know they made a Netflix special about it. But still this, this game is worse in my opinion. I have zero faith in the season 9 patch.
Wdym? This game was truly ahead of it’s time.
… like how?
“Bad” is fair. “most disappointing to me” is probably more accurate…
When people go around saying “worst game ever made” it really loses the impact, especially when applied to a game that when actually made was a prime example of incredible polish and gameplay.
I can name games from the last 10 years that are wayyyy worse.
This is totally fair though.
I expect it to unleash a new level of issues. Now not only will it be unbalanced beyond all belief but they have to own it now so we are going to be left with a broken mess for weeks and possibly months because of the classics Blizz will be needing to “look at the data”
You’ll be back eventually
It is not the worst game ever made.
its the game to suffer the worst abuse in Human History, next to Dead by daylight.
Worst Game Ever made, I mean the most popular AND worst game, probably that E.T. game, but there’s like plenty of other games worst than that. (Most of them “joke” games).
I’ve been playing TF2 since 2014, and like 2016 was the final real content update the game had, the recent one update is what, a new map and a re-worked Saxton Hale mode, that’s worst than community Freak Fortress servers.
So the game’s cinematography is obviously very top tier but the gameplay is so hard to get a handle on. You practice a hero for hours and then another hero gets a complete rework and you now have a hero that was once somewhat easy to counter and now you can’t. Then the process goes on and on where the hero’s get Buffed when in reality they should be Nerfed and it’s just a chaotic way to produce a game. I’m sick of crowd control, I’m sick of false promises and I’m getting sick of Supports being better than DPS at their own game. I don’t think this passive is going to do much if every single hero gets it as opposed to those that don’t need it and will still get it and I’m kinda over it.
All completely valid gripes. Thank you for detailing them.
You’re welcome. All I’d like is a balance patch where the game is finally playable again.
Oh look it’s another crybaby post from a whiney doomer
Nothing to see here
you aint wrong, s9 going to be sooo bad.
At this point we need a Departures channel.
Also in preparation for the next patch
In terms of worst, i would put it up there as among the worst ‘sequels’ ever made.
The game went from how you described it, to a degraded version of itself with a ‘2’ at the end, because the original Overwatch was a prime example of incredible polish and game play, but sadly they stripped it of everything that made it great to begin with.
That’s not the fault of the people working on the floor, doing the programming, etc. The fault lies with the management team who delegates tasks to the people working on the floor, because said management team is responsible for managing the game and the team itself.
The thing that rubs me the wrong way is when they say ‘we’ve listened to you’.
Who the hell is he talking to, exactly? I sure as hell didn’t ask for any of these changes, just like i’m sure the majority didn’t ask for these changes, which really makes me wonder… Does Keller really think we’re stupid enough to believe him when he says ‘we’ve listened to your feedback’? Obviously he does, since he keeps repeating it in most director’s takes…
Not an airport bro. No one cares
I have no love for this game anymore but the worst game ever made is the kind of hyperbole I won’t subscribe to. What I do can stand behind is “worst ‘sequel’ ever made” (pffft, it’s a monetization patch masquerading as a sequel) and/or “most disappointing game ever”. Something like the E.T. didn’t have the highs to fall down from. It always sucked whereas OW used to be a huge phenomenon basically everyone could enjoy.
Oh jesus wept, that game was an absolute dumpster fire lmao.
God that takes me back to the good old days. Games being released without leaks, spoilers. Games which were complete upon release.
Games on cartridges, cassette tapes (some of which were on front covers of magazines) and floppy disks… FeelsStrongMan
