Worst Game Ever Made

Lookey here, we have someone who can 100% accurately predict everything that’s going to happen in the future.

Got any lottery numbers for us?

You got me thinking. The Lord of the Rings: Gollum was just last year.

Everybody knows this!
O_O Don’t remind me of that mystery song it’s so haunting!

I’m feeling the same way about the next season. I remember the details of the leak about the next season and the buffs on some heroes (which I think could make the game more unbalanced).
This is just an impression I’m getting, I hope I’m wrong.

So you like the new Sombra rework where she engages into a 1v1 with whomever she wants because no one can detect her, hacks, virus’ then kills you and dips out of a fight whenever she wants at her leisure and this is okay? At least in OW1 she was easier to detect. She has like zero fall off on her primary. Her Ult is and has always been unpublishable, for the most part and this is balance to you?
Hogs rework gives him a 1.5 second cooldown on TAB and because of this, with a pocket, he is nearly impossible to counter unless your entire team mirrors the enemy team and this is balance to you?
And pretty much any Support out dueling most DPS in a 1v1 is balance? Why even have DPS? Just make every hero a Support or tank and see how the game goes from there. I’m just amazed you find this game to have somewhat balance when you can’t work around new reworks or patches.
The devs do this to hero’s they know no one ever played in the past then rework a hero to an OP advantage. This is not balance, this is bad production value.

Yes, way better than any other iteration she’s had

Is also great. More fun more versatile and more viable is a win.

Supports aren’t supposed to be helpless and the DPS passive next season will greatly increase DPS odds to win the duel. Supports will no longer be able to heal as much when a DPS is trying to kill them

We better not see you trying to play this game or being like some stalking ex who won’t get off OW social media in a year from now.

Supports were never helpless. They’ve always been pretty successful on their own but when you give a new hero like Kiriko zero falloff on her primary plus self sustain with a damage output greater than most DPS then, to me, that’s not a Support hero, that’s an OP DPS hero. Also, how about Moria? Zero requirements to aim, throws out an orb to take in more healing/damage and can suck the life from you quicker then some DPS can get damage off or even reload. If you’re going to extend a kit where the hero has multiple advantages then that hero’s HP should be lowered, not Buffed like season 9 is about to allow. There should be no reason to Buff HP. See how the passive goes then if it’s not as planned tweak the hero’s that need it. Same goes for the new hero Illari, great Ult, OP damage output and a pylon, if placed correctly, can heal her entire team something like 35% healing at a time. That’s my prospective on the game. Yes we don’t know how season 9 will go but I don’t really plan on playing to find out. I’m not threading to whine, just vent about how OW2 in a worse state than the original.

it needs some polish here and there, but I wouldnt say worst game ever made. the game is actually quite fun, the characters are enjoyable to play, it’s just that its hard to make a “role based shooter”, when everyone wants to be “the shooter”…so they had to make changes so people would be able to actually play the game, and not wait in queue. These changes often have to sway back and forth as the players try to pull the dev team in different directions.

can you imagine the sheer headache of having to develop a difficult game, while having 10,000 different opinions on how the game should be developed? Can’t be easy.

Hey, I can agree that some of what you have just stated to be true. However, do you feel that Buffing hero’s that don’t need it, because we all know there are some that don’t, to be a better idea then Nerfing those that are OP? The new passive might be the answer, but with Blizzards reputation in the past, do you think this passive will make or break the game? I have my doubts is all.

I dont know, i mean, i think it will help dps, a little…the thing. Certainly it will allow them to recover more easily, by ducking around a corner for a second to start the healing process. The problem, I think, is that, people complained about the healing passive when it was just limited to support, because they felt that it would make it harder to kill supports, in a game where most people thought that, due to healing, not enough players were being eliminated, but now they gave the passive to everyone.

So, what is that going to do to the overall rate of eliminations? I dont know.

They increased projectile size, but increased health pools, and essentially eliminated 1 shots. So, if a person gets hit by a head shot…if they are aware enough, they will just duck around a corner to heal up, if a health pack isnt near by. So, is this going to slow down combat? Will it cause people to disengage from combat more often?

I guess we’ll see next week.

If the elimination of heads shots is more controlled by this passive, to me, that’s a plus. The thing with Supports being OP is that they can self sustain during a fight if need be. With the new passive, others that aren’t Supports cannot. Obviously this has always been part of the game and I have no quarrels about that but giving that same hero OP damage output, that’s where I have issues. Also, if the new passive doesn’t allow even Supports to self sustain their healing during a fight and they have to wait the 5 seconds after a brawl or runs away, like everyone else, then that is another plus but I don’t think the new patch will include that.

Let’s not get delusional here, Overwatch 2 is probably around a 4 or 5 rating. This game isn’t great or as good as it used to be but it’s far from being the worst. Worst videogames I’ve purchased recently were Redfall, Diablo IV, Starfield, The Day Before, and Suicide Squad. Sadly, I could only refund two of them but at least my time isn’t wasted.

is this bad? ive been considering it…that or Star Citizen…but ive read a lot of negative stuff about SC, that some people think it’s never going to release…but SF looks like it’s a good game. Care to share?

well, some of them can. not all. I think ana doesnt get any healing effect from her abilities, not like bap, weaver, or moira anyway.

i agree with that, ive always questioned allowing supports and even tanks, to be able to do as much dps as they do, and often exceed what the actual dps role can achieve, but again, they had to in order to keep the game running smoothly, before that, average queue time was over 20 minutes, even in quick play.

well, it already kind of works this way, i mean, if a support takes damage, their self healing stops, and they have to wait…i think it’s 2 seconds? for it to start again. Or are you suggesting that if a support takes any action, that it stops their passive? Some have suggested that.

Worst game ever? Hardly.

I’ve played bubsy 3d, n64 superman, and alone in the dark ps3.

It’s always better to experience the product yourself than rely on other’s opinions. What standards and experiences I enjoy might not be for you. Elden Ring is a good example of this. It’s considered the best videogame to come out in recent years. I’ve hit NG+ on all, even 100% achievement some, FromSoftware RPGs except Elden Ring because I lost interest. Is Elden Ring a bad game to me? No, but I’d consider their previous entries far better.

Starfield is typical Bethesda jank without the community backing and mod support yet. I’ve dumped hundreds of hours into vanilla Elder Scrolls and Fallout games but couldn’t find it in me to do the same for Starfield. I’ll most likely return to it in two or three years when the experience improves.

I can’t comment on Star Citizen as I’ve yet to touch it. It always gave me shady vibes as a money pit and recent content creator videos on it kind of prove this.

the game was so bad that it broke the American video game industry, well in fact it wasn’t just him but what he represented, the excess of games and their lack of quality plus their prices… we are in a similar moment ?
