I feel Mercy achieves that.
Currently the only hero with such a mechanic is Brig. I can see how this is satisfying. Repair pack is a slept on ability imo. So clutch in so many situations.
Couldn’t we say GA and the bunny hop and GA tech allows for such a mobility type expression?
Worth for an enemy to die for? How so? Could you expound on this?
Instant kill sort of renders the previous points you mentioned irrelevant don’t you think? And Mercy is the only one that can react to an instakill via Rez.
Alright that makes sense, didn’t know we were making those distinctions.
I guess. Instant rez was pretty ridiculous tho. I was getting away with Rezes I had no business pulling off with instant rez. The restrictions placed on it seem fair to me. What would you like? Less of a movement speed reduction?
Where are you getting these numbers from? Could you please link me? As far as I know only GA speeds were really adjusted. I could be wrong though.
What is Pharah flight speed? Are you talking about during her shift ability? I don’t consider a 63% increase in movement speed “slight.” Why do you feel it is such?
Amped Lucio healing is like… 50 hps I think? Which is on par with Mercy’s basic healing. How can that be saving someone from focused fire and Mercy can’t?
Yeah that’s what it does.
Yeah for sure. And that’s why those two, the off healers in essence, are given such burst save ultimates.
Provides 30 armor per second, which is not enough to save someone from focus fire.
Yeah that can save someone in a clutch, but if they’re being focused fired they’ll still die. It’s not an HPS to negate focus fire, unlike Zen’s ult at 300hps. Can focus fire through Moira ult, and it’s restricted by it’s hitbox and overall team positioning as you all have to be in a line.
Yeah Anas nade provides a burst healing potential, still can be killed via focus fire through it.
It didn’t save team mates, it brought them back from the dead after they were failed to be saved. Here is where one could bring up the distinction between “main” healers and their ults, such as Ana, Moira, and Mercy, and those of off healers, like Zen, Lucio, and Brig.
Sure. In environments that allowed it, due to a lack of coordination and such, to be used in such a way.
That’s not what Mercy HAS to do. Mercy is a very good healer in a lot of different settings, thanks to the mobility and people not just eating damage for the sake of eating damage.
