He doesn’t deal sustained damage. He either pokes with M1 damage or has an incredibly high amount of CQB damage with his M2, melee ± dash combo. That’s it. His reset on dash was most likely implemented to help out his ult and provide an escape. You kill one person with it and everyone knows where you are, but if you have no way to reach them, you’re a sitting duck.
Either way, his damage dealing potential is great and I personally think his entire kit is bloated, inherently unfair and was purely created to give emotional support to 12 yr old weebs who get bullied for being weebs.
