I think Orisa is one of those heroes that you just love to have on enemy team, a non-threat tank. Sure she can sometimes kill you, if she catches you with pull, but you just know you just walk over her the next time. No other hero has the same effect, maybe Reinhardt but Rein still has shatter, charge and he will kill you if you get too close
I played a lot of Orisa while she was nerfed to the ground and she feels good now. Buffing her damage and health was a great idea.
ORisa’s shield does not needs a buff as it’s no fun shooting shields. Give her halt 50% damage reduction again or reduce charge time by 2s and she’ll be in a better place.
