If that is a skin made by somebody from the game’s community, then the answer to the question in the title is simple: because OW is Blizzard’s game, not VALVe’s… x)

Anyway personally I would like her to get your stereotypical french outfit. With striperd shirt, berete and she would be shooting from baguette.

It is very similar to her ballerina skins, she already have masquerade mask and similar thing on neck in them. Gun, glove (with mine) and stockings is very similar to black lily.
One thing is original about it is red and black colors. Oh wait we have Huntress skin…

There are so many amazing fan-made-skins.
I myself have some good ideas.
But I guess we all prefere widowmaker in a snowsuit over this… :roll_eyes:

I just see the hours spent and the game quality as it is now.

I prefer this one tbh

all these would be possible if blizzard opened a skin workshop similar to valve with steam, highly doubt it would ever happen anyways.
