Hey there, I went to load into comp with my brother and friend today and overwatch refused to load into the game after saying “match found” and not even showing the match screen. Because of this I am not penalized for a glitch the game made, my internet is great and it certainly wasn’t an internet issue. If you can please remove this penalty which is a time ban on comp.
They won’t. Blizz only intervenes when there’s money involved (such as the shop) or if the top players complain. Your experience mirrors this thread which as almost 5000 views and over 350 likes. Blizz never did or has commented on it.

Such a sad reality, thank you for replying and I’m glad that I’m not the only one however I am strongly aggravated that blizzard knows about this and doesn’t care
