Just stick your fingers in your ear, must be your team, can’t be your fault. 
I had to sign in to reply to this comment and say that this is a stupid way of thinking. How can you blame someone for noticing crappy teammates, who are crappy enough to be noticed. Its not something you can pin on a single person like “yourself”.
