Why can I not hear my teammates talking

I have been in two games were I see that my teammates are talking on the top left but I can not hear them. Does someone know how to fix this?

Sorry bud, your in xbox purgatory. Close overwatch, reset your console (like hold down home, then click reset), then once its reset, reopen Overwatch.

This is a bug caused when your headset loses connection while on Overwatch (Whether you unplug your headset, your controller idles, your controller dies, you change it’s batteries, etc.). It’s super annoying, and make sure your headset is plugged in before you start up Overwatch, and make sure your controller stays on while on Overwatch.
