For queuing competitive and not getting any teamwork or voice chat. This is a team game. I feel my expectations are not being met

I feel ya man - its a team game but its not like going to the park with your mates who you know you can work with an have expectations of… It’s a completely random pool of people on the internet.
your team mate could be a 65 year old man with eye problems, some one who just drank a bunch of wine, some one who doesn’t speak your language, some one who considers themselves the foremost authority on current OW2 meta and knows every single stat / ability / and hero and believes they should be shot calling every decision your team is doing and can already tell you you’re doing it wrong, then there’s you.

you need comms in every team game. If not please tell me one. Its built around being a team game. There is not purpose to have a team based game if people dont have to play like at team and ratings mean nothing due to that

Please tell me 3 team sports that doesnt require communication. Sheesh ill settle for one.
Please tell me how Overwatch qualifies as a team sport. And I guarantee the ping and voiceline system in OW2 has players communicating far more on a baseline level than something like basketball.
Again, I got to GM without comms. When I was last on, I was T500, #150 to be exact. Again, without comms. You have no excuse. You don’t need comms in OW. Never have, never will. Blaming a lack of comms for a loss is just you trying to find a scapegoat for your lack of skill

how doesnt it qualify? There was a professional league based of this being a team sport. Cool im glad you could do it but some of us have a strength in team activities when played as a team
It’s not…even a sport…
Esports are different than sports.
If you HAVE to rely on a crutch like comms, you don’t have the skill needed to rank up. It still boils down to a skill issue
