What is very immature as i see it is breaking rules in a game where one has accepted the rules when installing the game.

Rulebreakers should be removed from the game, imo

I’m glad then that we can agree people who would abuse the 2-2-2 system to bypass queues and intentionally cripple their team by refusing to at least attempt to appropriately fulfill their non-DPS role’s functions are immature and should be removed from the game.

Gameplay Sabotage - Actively harassing or disrupting your own team through the use of game play mechanics or player actions

So by not healing your team & not using certain game play mechanics provided you are disrupting the gameplay of your team so when you say it is false reporting it is clearly not those rules can be interpreted many ways you choose to represent your way as fact when it is not

Not healing is not disrupting your teammates

Examples of disrupting your teammates include blocking the exit from spawn with an ice wall or setting up a teleporter to run a teammate off a cliff

I personally think forced 2/2/2 is beyond dumb.

Lets punish most of the player base DPS. To appease the minority of the players base Tanks/Support. I don’t understand how this makes sense long term.

Balance the game so tanks and supports are more fun to play if they are only 1 of them. Seems like a no brainer to me. Yeah it is more work, but you have a bigger player base at the end of the day

Playing a healer & not healing is nothing to do with play style it’ throwing if you don’t want to heal play dps it is that simple getting reported for not healing is perfectly acceptable

Reporting someone solely for not healing is submitting a false report, which means the player submitting the false report is a rule breaker, same as an aimbotting widow, and should be actioned for breaking the rules

If one did not mean to agree to such rules, one should probably uninstall a game that includes such rules, like this one

They can if they wish to, and they have on occasion. There are several highly known cases where streamers and/or pros were banned for violating reporting rules…one was even banned in the middle of a competitive match

Most players aren’t dumb enough to stream their games when they break the rules unlike certain streamers.

Blizzard don’t record the games, so how are they supposed to check if players report that someone is intentionally feeding or insulting them in voice chat?

If blizzard doesnt record games, how is it that i can playback recent games?

If i can view them, i know of no reason why Blizzard couldnt as well

Don’t worry I’m part of the tank/healer community and i think it’s dumb too.
People are just too selfish and controlfreak and need that “holy 222” without having any idea why they want it. People just decided at some point that it was better.
It’s just pulling the skill ceiling downside.

It is not “poor play” if you are playing a healer and you’re not healing your teammates. That’s screwing your team and demeaning how the hero is supposed to be played.

If you’re going to be a healer, at least be a little considerate and heal your team. As Moira, you literally just have to left click and throw your biotic orbs to heal, along with the occasional ultimate. Pretty much the only time you should go full-on DPS as Moira is if you need to recharge your left click, but any other time, you should also be healing your team so they don’t keep dying, because if they keep dying, they’re going to turn to you and ask “Why aren’t you healing us?” That will you lead to you getting reported by numerous people for throwing and ultimately end in you getting punished.

Not healing is poor play

I prefer a healer to heal as well, but there is a distinct difference between personal preference and the rules of the game

When one installs a game, one agrees to abide by its rules. If one does not wish to do so, one should uninstall said game
