This looks like an opportunity for me to lobby for the DPS passive to go back to 20% or at least 15% on tanks. Cheers, OP.

Nothing you are saying is holding weight.
Don’t care that tanks lost a slot, that was no excuse to make damage heroes worse and support heroes better. Almost every dps main has became a support main and every game HAS BEEN decided by a support diff disguised as a tank diff.
Make Supports Free Kills again 2025! 
Supports weren’t free kills in ow1… i’d be happy to go back to ow1 numbers. I’d live longer and land more headshots because bullets are smaller.
Most of their healing and damage numbers were the same in season 1 and beta of ow2.
And that was the best time i had in ow2. (Apart from the mercy buffs in season 3. Which got reverted…)

I remember looking at a support and them blowing up in a 1v1 or having Winston able to dive the backline, kill the 2 supports with ease, then dive back. Can’t even do that now, especially on the newer supports who all have some extreme form of survival tools. Hell I done had Kiriko and LW survive a full beam from Zarya, and turn the tide back on her! It’s pathetic.
Rather the game make supports weak as hell as they should be and let someone as weak as Sym be able to consistently kill them with just her left click. That way every hero becomes viable.
I’m 100% pushing for another HP nerf and this time to the support heroes. No support hero should be above 200 HP. I’d even argue they should all float around 150-175 HP, so that every hero, tank and dps, can be played.
As for now, only Widowmaker is viable and that’s not fair.

So 2 supports healing each other survived. The rest of the team shouldn’t have without that healing, so that’s an issue on your team.

I don’t remember being a free kill. I killed plenty of flankers. Are you sure you weren’t just lower rank back then?

If you mean IMF stuff most were incepted as cleanse to high sustain tanks.
I don’t mind the dmg buffs to support they long needed this.
If anything Kiri got nerfed with s9

They are not strong they are NPC bots that I kill last.
It will be eventually. Support mains run the airspace. They’re dominant on every social media platform and try to gaslight the community into thinking they’re victims when they have the game in a chokehold and had it this way since OW2 existed.
They got Sombra nerfed to hell. They about to get Widow touched. It’s just better to uninstall this crap and let their queue times jump above 10 minutes so they can blame the same 7 players on rotation.

No idea why this happened. I enjoyed the last iteration being a free kill. This one’s actually deadly because bad players stopped playing sombra.
I don’t think any other sombras than high level sombra mains even were a problem for a proper support.
Widow would be fine with some fall off tweaks.
Dps queues are 3 minutes for me sometimes. Usually they’re all 1 minute.

Im a support main and i know they are overtuned, and i would say most of them needs nerfs
But at the same time if you nerf them more than needed no one will play support outside of moira/mercys otp

Nah, people will still play support even at their worst forms. They have cute skins and it’s the “haha, can’t blame me” role.
It’s mostly DPS mains playing support nowadays. They’ll just return to dps’ing. As they should.

Which is why so many people complain that they’re not getting healed despite being critical next to their supports.
Ana does it with ease. Sleep + nade + teabag + punch + 2 shots before you can even react.
Kiriko does it with ease. Just a few headshots and it’s over. You try to damage her? suzu, teleport, hits you from the flank before you can even turn around to find her again.
I can go on and on with how every support can handle their own better than damage or tank heroes but if you don’t get the idea, you never will and I blame it on your country’s flawed education system.

Cassidy can do it too. Just a few headshots and it’s over. Even fewer and faster than kiriko. As I said stop lying. No tank is dying to a support in a 1v1
