I tried blaming myself and some of my own actions and misplays but that made me feel bad, so who should I put all my blame onto when I lose a game?

Blizzard. Because technically speaking the entire thing is their fault.
I don’t think you should blame any one person. What I would recommend instead is blaming at least three. By blaming the tank, one of the DPS, and your co-support, you pretty much cover your bases.

Heavily depends on the role.
Support - Tanks not tanking enough
DPS - supports aren’t supporting enough
Tank - not enough picks to compensate for my 10 inch ~

He ain’t bad though, clearly, when he’s being played successfully in OWCS.

Your internet provider.
Blizzard servers.
Your inputs not being read.
Your equipment being of lower quality compared to others.
The fact you’re not as famous as [insert content creator or Esports player name here] so no one listens to you.
Some external event effecting your performance.
A distraction that cost you a critical moment.
Just never blame yourself.
Symmetra is played successfully in OWCS. Doesn’t mean she isn’t bad, the players are just that good.
Blame the one with the ugliest skin.
Except he isn’t bad at all. People highly underrate his thorns. The buffs did stuff.
His thorns were always strong ever since they buffed it first. Release LW had petty damage.
Doesn’t mean you can consistently apply enough damage to secure a kill. He’s good for survivability, for his teammates and himself, against ball especially
