Where’s the Widow Nerf to Keep Her 1-Shot?

Honestly, I thought up the perfect Widow nerf.

It directly targets Widow pockethealing, and also messes with her regen and healthpack usage.
Which might not mean Widow dies more, necessarily, but she’s gonna have more downtime either way.
