I mean, I changed my profile icon months ago, and I still have the previous one in both FR and US forum. I used to D/C from the forum to update it before OW2, but now it looks like it no longer works.

Not sure if that’s bad, good, both or neither. But, as of this post, the issue unfortunately is still present and impacting players (myself included).
