For me it has to be Brick Bastion.
The unique sound effects for his sentry and recon gun is oddly satisfying to listen to everytime, and Lego Ganymede is best Ganymede.

Hard to choose as there aren’t really any skins that stand head and shoulders above the rest (like with truly big particle effects and voice changes) so there’s too many good but equal skins to list.
Though, Figure Skater Symmetra always takes my breath away every time I see it. Noire Widowmaker is rather eye-caching too.
On the male side, it’s gotta be Scion Hanzo and Baihu Genji.
