honestly, going by the voice acting casting decisions alone. reaper is definitely 100% latino. one of the most praise-worthy things this game has done was diverse and representative casting.

in the art book the designs are a shade of white no white person can have. like it’s bordering green. but it was definitely from back when reaper was a class and not a character.
Spend a lot of time on the forums, read a lot of posts and that is about it for what we think the criteria is. You can check it. I don’t have the link to do so, but I’m sure you can find it. If you can’t and want to test it, then try posting an image address or copy the link of a video. Then you’ll know.
