:Moon: What if the next 4 Heroes were D.Va's Entire Mecha Squad released at once or Twice

We have an abnormal amount of heroes being worked on behind the scenes…

Devs likely had plans for these heroes, after starting on D. Va Trailer, which started over a year and half ago…

Then considering last year with Brig after Reinhardt’s Trailer…

Calling it now, next Heroes (Yes I do mean Heroes) is either the entire Squad of the Meka team or at least half of them in March. (the other half next summer)

And I mean

(The guy in the trailer is just a mechanic and not gonna be a hero aka Background character like Eli.)

We can guess there roles, but looks like 2 Supports and 2 Tanks to me.

Then I guess Echo will come out at BlizzCon as the 35th Hero. (with maybe someone else[Unknown])

It’s a good guess right?

(mechs might be getting new looks in the future.)

Edit: Look I just know, we had 3 heroes on the back burner last year in March… and now but this point of time we have 6 and it’s not even close to March… after last couple events with D. Va VA being in almost all of them… I dont think it’s because of her popularity.

Like with Reinhardt’s VA last year… I think they are prepping us.

would be quite cool tbh.
this game needs more heroes ASAP to be healther.
unless they are really overpowered.

I am not willing to bet on that. Granted we know very little of the rest of the Meka Squad other than Overlord’s mech is VERY similar to that of a StarCraft II banshee. However there is a lot of known characters which I feel could still enter the fold. Maybe over several years we will get all four MEKA heroes, but I don’t see them filling up most of the tank roster within a year.

No more new heroes please. The game has gotten unhealthier with new additions :confused:

While I would love to have the entire MEKA squad made playable, my gut feeling is telling me they will never see the light of day.

The only issue I have with it are the characters. No lore at all and basically D.VA copies if we look at their background story only and I doubt Blizzard would want this. I could see them adding one of the Squad into the game but everyone seems kinda lazy. (even for Blizzard)

But I still think we need more tanks and supports fast and can only welcome multiple heroes ^^

as long as they can’t detonate their mechs after they have been destroyed, ok sure

I really want them but I doubt it will happen. I do like Overlord’s design.

I would kind of want the meka squad to arrive in the game in like a clutch release but tbh I would rather see other characters with more special designs and lore.
the meka squad does nearly everything together so there couldn’t be much lore.
the only lore for them could be their back stories.
we don’t get enough lore already.
