My question is in the title ^^
Lets you post images and links to any site (as opposed to just a certain few) and allows you to make wiki posts.
I think it might also increase the amount of posts/likes you can do per day, but honestly that very seldom comes up.

yeah i think it’s because in a day i got a bunch of likes and gave a bunch out, it’s quite hard to get it.
isn’t there a level above member? 
how do you get trust level? saw something about keep posting but not sure what really make it
and how do you know if you are one? 
so:
it’s based on how many likes you get, how many comments and posts you make and how many likes you give. pretty much how active you are.
you can check your trust level by clicking on your name and it should say trust level: member/regular etc

i think to get to level 3, you have to be a “nice” person in forum
which im definitely wont even get anywhere close to that hahahaha
