I donāt really play this game as much as I do the other Blizzard franchises, but I did want to come over and say that this is a HUGE improvement over what we had before.
The removal of downvotes, the streamlined interface, and the ability to embed media are huge improvements.
I will say, the new format was super jarring at first, but after reading a few threads I think I like it a little bit better.
One thing I would like to see, however, is the ability to use the old reply box. Iām not a fan of the split WYSIWYG interface. Iād rather just tab between the format and preview panes. Makes it hard to do anything because itās so small.
Overall though, great improvements. I canāt wait for this new format to reach the other Blizzard sites.

I have a few questions:
- are staff posts now orange?
- how can I jump to a staff reply to a topic?
Could there be an option to not have endless scroll tho? Otherwise Iām digging the new forum design.

Dev team posts are orange. Other Blizz reps are blue (e.g. community managers).
Skip to their posts by clicking the little blue button top right at the top of the scoll bar. āFirst tracked postā - then click the āBlizzā buttons to go to the next one.
Or use the āBlizz trackerā and āDev trackerā links at the top.

They increased the limit from 10 posts to 100 posts.
Unable to post linksā¦ which is detrimental to any ābug reportā forum section.
People will just get around it by posting in titles instead of the body, or in ways to bypass form restrictions. It doesnāt seem to be against the code of conduct either so Iām unsure why we now have this restriction. It makes it that much harder to show the devs clear clips of where a bug is happening.
Wondering whatās the refresh frequency for the Blizz and Dev post trackers.
I think they removed it for mobile?? Unless Iām blind? And I wish I was better at genji lol. My genji hours are all on QP. I play tank and off heal for Comp

With no downvote system for the community to self regulate every forum is now the off-topic forum.
As stated above SR viewing is still available but Iām with you on down votes. Now we will have to wade through masses of troll posts to read anything constructive. Removing down votes was a horribly short sighted idea. Why werenāt up votes removed too if the devs wanted to facilitate discussion.

The browser addon āPrivacy Badgerā blocks access to this forum because it thinks it contains trackers.
Error message: āCannot load app. It looks like you are offline! Please check your network connection and try again.ā
Disabling it on this site makes me able to see the site again. But this never happened to me before. Usually PB is pretty good at disabling harmful trackers only and leave the sites intact.
