Maybe we could see Kiriko get an Io crossover skin. That would be funny, kind of like the game poking fun at itself.

Isn’t her actual gameplay more like the little ninja cat champion. I forget their name. Something vaguely German. Maive? Idk. But she jumps around and shoots little knifey things.
No. A girl with fox was known to be coming to OW so Paladins made their own twist on how the hero may look like. (still prefer io as a character and gameplay wise)
They did similar thing with Torvald when doomfist was the hype and nobody knew how he looks like.

That is a flanker.
Double jump. Two consecutive shots. An ability similar to Genji’s dash, but that doesn’t go through enemies, and an ability that reset all her CDs and heals her.
Incredible fun to use.
The one from OP’s post is IO, a healer that summons a fox (like Torb’s turret) that attacks and can heal. She can move it while it is deployed.

IO the lunar goddess, who refused to help her worshipers to a point they turned to darkness… a living god just like Jenos the solar god, except Jenos gave up his divinity to help his people. (i could go on a 500 word rank about IO lore but ill spare everyone)
But i should point out we only use the ‘chonkers’ skin for IO that turns doggo in to a fat catto.
Raeve Maeve remains the only skins I’ve ever seen that I think is worth real world currency. I never bought it but I still think its seriously cool.

That skin has music. Is it nice until you realize that the music is waay too loud and there is no way to reduce the volume.
I got it for free back when they used to give a lot of crystals and had bundles with really big discounts. Used it like 3 times.
You can disable the music for the skin now. There’s a setting for it.
Paladins is really generous with giving out the crystals nowadays. I’ve gotten 150 crystal per week for the past couple of weeks. Never spent a penny on the game and still accrued 1800 crystals.

I thought they had reduced the amount of free crystals they gifted.

Ash is a cooler character in general. She was my Paladins main.

They stopped for a while but then recently they started giving out 50 crystals per week for logging in. And up to 100 additional crystals from watching 40 adverts per day. Probably to ride the OW hype train and capitalise on some of the reinvigorated interest in hero shooters.
It’s a good time to get back into the game because they just released a new update and new map today. That was probably my main gripe with paladins - not enough map variety and all of the maps looked the same. But they seem to be improving now.
